If you are reading reviews to find a realtor, stop now! You have found the only realtor you should call. Words cannot express how incredible Heather was throughout the process of selling our home. To make a long story short, we began the process of selling our home with a different agent. It was on the market for nearly 5 months with very little interest and few showings. We decided to part ways with the other agent and went with Heather who immediately found issues with the home that could be corrected very quickly and cost very little (we live out of state and the home was a rental property we were selling, that we had not been to in over 5 years). She even “asked” her husband to come and assist with minor handyman repairs. Our home was under contract within 7 days of the listing, it didn’t even stay in the market long enough for the open house she scheduled. She found us a qualified buyer, helped guide us through the entire process up to and after the closing. We could not have dreamed of a better agent to work with and we are so glad we made the switch. I could not recommend her any more highly.
